Must have a strong track record in building and scaling SaaS products with complex features and integrations.

Expertise in Agile, Lean, and hybrid methodologies is essential.

Should be data-driven, AI-literate, and skilled in cross-functional collaboration.

Strong communication and storytelling abilities are required to engage diverse stakeholders.

Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, and analytics platforms (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude) is expected.

A calm, service-oriented leadership style is preferred.
