About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on Technical SME / Developer to lead technology-driven proof-of-concepts (POCs) and internal analytics initiatives across our clinical operations and business intelligence ecosystem.

This is a strategic and execution-heavy role — ideal for a self-driven professional who thrives in high-growth environments and can work directly with senior leadership to build and scale enterprise-ready clinical technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop technology POCs and prototypes supporting clinical operations, data integration, and analytics.
• Evaluate, integrate, and optimize emerging AI / LLM and data visualization tools into the organization’s digital infrastructure.
• Translate business requirements into technical architecture for rapid prototyping and iterative improvement.
• Build internal analytics dashboards and automation frameworks that connect Smartsheet, Box Drive, and other enterprise tools for operational reporting.
• Design APIs, connectors, and workflows to improve data visibility and collaboration across departments.
• Implement monitoring and notification systems to support decision-making by leadership and project teams.
• Strengthen the organization’s technical foundation by designing scalable data and application frameworks.
• Evaluate and deploy cloud-based solutions for data storage, computation, and automation (AWS / Azure / GCP).
• Establish and document data governance, API standards, and version control systems.
• Act as the technical lead working directly with Managing Partners and cross-functional teams.
• Independently manage projects, timelines, and deliverables under minimal supervision.
• Collaborate closely with clinical, regulatory, and operations SMEs to understand user needs and translate them into technical deliverables.
