Technical SME / Developer – Clinical Technology & Analytics

About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on Technical SME / Developer to lead technology-driven proof-of-concepts (POCs) and internal analytics initiatives across our clinical operations and business intelligence ecosystem.
This is a strategic and execution-heavy role — ideal for a self-driven professional who thrives in high-growth environments and can work directly with senior leadership to build and scale enterprise-ready clinical technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop technology POCs and prototypes supporting clinical operations, data integration, and analytics.
- Evaluate, integrate, and optimize emerging AI / LLM and data visualization tools into the organization’s digital infrastructure.
- Translate business requirements into technical architecture for rapid prototyping and iterative improvement.
- Build internal analytics dashboards and automation frameworks that connect Smartsheet, Box Drive, and other enterprise tools for operational reporting.
- Design APIs, connectors, and workflows to improve data visibility and collaboration across departments.
- Implement monitoring and notification systems to support decision-making by leadership and project teams.
- Strengthen the organization’s technical foundation by designing scalable data and application frameworks.
- Evaluate and deploy cloud-based solutions for data storage, computation, and automation (AWS / Azure / GCP).
- Establish and document data governance, API standards, and version control systems.
- Act as the technical lead working directly with Managing Partners and cross-functional teams.
- Independently manage projects, timelines, and deliverables under minimal supervision.
- Collaborate closely with clinical, regulatory, and operations SMEs to understand user needs and translate them into technical deliverables.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Technical Skills
Strong development background in Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript with experience in API integration and automation frameworks.Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) and DevOps basics (CI / CD, version control).Familiarity with AI / ML or LLM technologies and their integration with structured data systems.Knowledge of data security, HIPAA / GxP compliance, and controlled document repositories (Box / SharePoint).Experience integrating tools such as Smartsheet, Box Drive, Slack, and CRM systems through APIs or webhooks.Soft Skills & Mindset
