Roles and Responsibilities
- Source top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and cover letters to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
- Conduct initial phone or video interviews with potential hires to assess their skills and fit for the role.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule in-person or remote interviews with selected candidates.
- Follow up with applicants after interviews to ensure they are still interested in the position.
Desired Candidate Profile
3 years of experience in technical recruiting or end-to-end recruitment.Strong understanding of IT staffing industry trends and market demands.Excellent communication skills for effective candidate engagement and management.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment.About Us :
