Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. CPA certification required. Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax compliance and planning, specifically with Forms 1040,1120, 1065, and 1120-S. Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role, with strong review capabilities. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects effectively. Proficient in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Tax Manager with extensive review experience in Form 1120, 1065, and 1120-S to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will manage tax compliance and advisory services for corporate and partnership clients, ensuring accuracy and adherence to all regulations.
- Oversee and review the preparation and filing of Forms 1040, 1120, 1065, and 1120-S for various entities, including corporations and partnerships.
- Manage the tax compliance process, including gathering and analyzing financial information.
- Provide strategic tax planning and advisory services to clients to optimize their tax positions.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of tax filings and respond to inquiries from tax authorities.
- Conduct training and mentoring for junior staff members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
- Stay updated on federal and state tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide integrated services to clients.
