Must Have :

Hands on Java, Springboot, React, Golang (Preferable) , Microservices.

Frontend is React, Designing in high Level.

Any application Development or Platform development –

Platform to post, Voice and Chat

Database – SQL and NO SQL

MongoDB. MYSQL

Cloud – Azure Cloud

15+ years of software engineering experience with solid exposure to solution design or enterprise architecture (min of 5 years as a Systems Architect)

Strong background in APIs, middleware, and distributed systems.

Deep experience with Java, Node.js, ReactJs, Golang (or similar modern languages)

Real-time media protocols (WebRTC, WebSocket)

Microservices architecture and distributed systems

Strong understanding of database architecture (SQL / NoSQL), authentication (OAuth2, JWT)

Experience in designing systems that support high concurrency and low latency

Familiarity with CI / CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud platforms

Translate business needs into technical solutions for the eSports platform.

Work closely with technical architects, developers, and product owners.

Define system workflows, data models, and integrations

Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
