About the Role :

  • We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to lead and deliver complex projects across cross-functional teams.
  • In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets.
  • The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of driving project success in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage projects from initiation to completion
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties / vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation; monitor progress and adjust as needed
  • Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies; implement mitigation strategies
  • Maintain project documentation including charters, status reports, risk logs, and meeting notes
  • Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders, team members, and leadership
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
  • Conduct project retrospectives and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

    • Required Qualifications & Skills :

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or related field
  • 5-7 years of proven experience in project management, preferably in IT, software, or consulting environments
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid)
  • Proficiency with tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Asana, Trello, or Smartsheet
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and time-management skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making ability under pressure
