Arvind Varuna Associates (AVA), is a well-established architectural and interior design firm based in Chennai. With a mid-sized team of around 30 members, AVA undertakes a diverse range of projects including residential, commercial, IT projects, restaurants, housing and educational institutions.

Role Description

This is a full-time, in office Sr. architect’s position based in Chennai with minimum 4 to 5 years experience. The Architect will be responsible for designing, detailing and overseeing the sites from concept to completion. Daily tasks will include project collaboration with clients / consultants / contractors and team members, ensuring timely deliveries.

Qualifications

Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities

Candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture with minimum 4-5 years of relevant and similar experience in the field

Experience in using architectural software tools (AutoCAD, Revit, sketchup etc
