SAP Trainer

Job Description

• Develop and deliver training materials, including manuals, guides, and e-learning content, tailored to different SAP modules (e.g., SAP FI, CO, MM, SD, HR).
• Conduct classroom and virtual training sessions for users with varying levels of SAP knowledge.
• Assess training needs and customize training programs accordingly.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations and real-world scenarios to enhance learning.
• Collaborate with SAP consultants and IT teams to stay updated on system changes and updates.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and follow-up support.
• Assist users in troubleshooting and resolving SAP-related queries post-training.
• Maintain training records and prepare reports on training activities and outcomes.
