We are looking for a highly skilled QA Test Architect with a strong background in test automation frameworks, modern QA practices, and AI-driven testing solutions. You will play a key role in defining the QA strategy, enabling scalable test architectures, and implementing intelligent testing mechanisms that leverage machine learning, NLP, and AI models.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, guide QA best practices, and drive quality across all stages of product development.

Key Responsibilities :

• Define and own the end-to-end QA architecture and automation strategy, including tools, frameworks, and infrastructure.
• Design AI / ML-based quality solutions, including predictive defect detection, test case optimization, and intelligent test data generation.
• Lead the evaluation, adoption, and implementation of AI tools in testing (e.g., test impact analysis, visual validation, self-healing tests).
• Mentor and guide QA engineers across automation, performance, and exploratory testing.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and data scientists to ensure quality is embedded early in the SDLC.
• Establish and track quality KPIs; implement test analytics and dashboards.
• Oversee CI / CD pipeline integration, ensuring fast feedback and test reliability.
• Evaluate and integrate open-source and commercial tools for automation, performance, security, and AI-driven testing.
• Drive shift-left testing practices and introduce AI-powered test authoring and execution techniques.
