Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a HR Generalist located in Gurugram, Haryana. We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Generalist with proven experience in the U.S. logistics industry. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day HR operations, ensure compliance with labor laws, and contribute to talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy development. This role requires a strong understanding of logistics workforce dynamics and the ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-state operational environment. This shift will be a night shift from 6 : 30pm to 3 : 30am.

Key Responsibilities :

• Administer HR policies and procedures in alignment with labor laws and logistics industry standards.
• Support recruitment efforts for corporate roles;

coordinate interviews, onboarding, and orientation.
