The Role
This is a mid-level sales role, reporting to the Director.
Purpose :
To achieve revenue growth and expand market presence for Biomatix wastewater treatment products through Industrial sales.
Key Expectations :
- Drive sales for Biomatix product range through the Corporate sectors & exports.
- Identify, prospect, and convert new business opportunities through direct client engagement and networking.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and ensure timely collections.
- Collaborate with internal teams for quotations, proposals, and order fulfilment.
- Stay updated with market trends, competition, and customer requirements to refine sales strategies.
- Provide basic technical inputs to clients where required (after getting internal technical training and support).
Competencies Required
Knowledge
Strong understanding of industrial sales .Awareness of wastewater treatment or environmental solutions will be an added advantage.Understanding of procurement process in industrial sectors.Skills
Proven ability to generate leads, negotiate, and close deals .Excellent communication and presentation skills.Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively .Attitude

Essential :
Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).5–6 years of core industrial or institutional sales experience.Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets.Desirable :
