Experience Level : 7–12 yrs

Location : Remote, any city in India

Must Haves : skills for the Team Lead :

• At least a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team
• Have led project teams in the past under extremely fast paced development
• Ability to manage and communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Proactive communication with objective approach towards project deliverables
• Experience in finding patterns in data and creating statistical models, data exploration, data visualization, and data mining.
• Experience in developing AI and ML solutions and delivering them to production.
• Very good hands-on working experience in Python and NLP.
• Prior experience or projects in LLMs, LangChain, LangGraph, and Agentic AI is a plus.
• Familiarity with text processing.
• Understanding of good software development practices : Test-Driven Development (TDD), refactoring, pair-programming, solid design.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and demonstrating an exceptional drive towards delivery.
• Experience with cloud-based solutions, especially on Azure or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment.
