Location : India (Remote – Offshore for Australia client)

Experience : 6–10 years

Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce HealthCloud Functional Consultant to work with a leading healthcare client. The consultant will drive requirements gathering, solution design, and client education , ensuring alignment of HealthCloud capabilities with healthcare business needs.

Responsibilities :

Conduct client workshops to gather and document requirements.

Map healthcare processes into Salesforce HealthCloud solutions.

Configure Salesforce HealthCloud, Care Plans, Patient / Provider data models, and workflows.

Act as subject matter expert (SME) for HealthCloud features .

Collaborate with Architects, Developers, and QA teams to deliver solutions.

Train client and internal teams on HealthCloud functionality.

Skills :

2+ HealthCloud implementations as Functional Consultant.

Strong knowledge of healthcare workflows (screening, primary care, aged care).

Expertise in FHIR, HL7 standards .

Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Salesforce HealthCloud Consultant Certification (preferred).
