Role Overview :

We’re looking for an experienced Sourcing Consultant who can help us identify and build partnerships with reliable manufacturers, suppliers, and sourcing agents offering premium quality, low MOQ production, and efficient end-to-end handling.

🧭 Scope of Work

• Identify and connect us with reliable apparel sourcing partners or factories specializing in kids innerwear and activewear.
• Ensure suppliers meet low MOQ requirements (around 30 pcs per style) with competitive pricing and strong quality standards .
• Coordinate the entire sourcing and logistics process , including :
• Vendor shortlisting and negotiation
• Sample development and approvals
• Payment coordination
• Consolidation of shipments from multiple sources
• Transportation, customs clearance, and final delivery to our premises in India and Sri Lanka
• Recommend the most efficient freight and import methods for cost and time optimization.
• Build a reliable sourcing pipeline that can scale with us.
