Network Support role with leading Bank
Key Responsibilities :
Ensure x7 availability of the Production environment and lead the Operations team.
Good Analytical and troubleshooting skills and must have the initiative, perseverance and commitment to see problems through the resolution.
Analyze impact of change and propose proactive measures to improve TAT.
Work closely with the PMO and Engineering team to understand the product and projects requirement.
Drive continues improvement and process change suggestion to management.
Responsible for Capacity management, Audit, RCSA, performance review etc.
Analyze and propose improvement in monitoring and Automation.
Key Competencies / skill set :
Expert on Cisco ACI technology and other Software Defined Networking Solution.
Hands on experience with Cisco APIC SDN Controller architecture.
APCI and fabric upgrade, create switch policies, APN, EPG configuration, must be having solid understanding in BGP, OSPF, VDC, vPC, VXLAN, ECMP and Fabric Path.
Knowledge on Cisco Data Center compute platform like UCS Blade, Fabric interconnect.
Extensive knowledge on Cisco Data Center LAN platform, Cisco Nexus products, protocols like VDC, LISP, OTV, LISP, scripting knowledge of Python or Perl scripting.
Experience managing MPLS and leased line providers.
Advance knowledge of troubleshooting complex network setup, routing, switching, VPN, Load Balancer, SD-WAN, security.
Branch and Partner Network Connectivity design, documentation and migration.
Knowledge on Cloud Computing platform and delivery model.
