Job descriptionConduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations. Develop personas, journey maps, IA, and interaction models. Create wireframes, flows, and prototypes aligned with user and business needs. Ensure scalability, localization, accessibility (WCAG), and compliance in design. Maintain UX artifacts — personas, IA, design guidelines, and architecture docs. Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business teams to ensure UX intent is c implemented accurately. Facilitate workshops and communicate UX strategy effectively across teams. Mentor designers to build strategic and creative problem-solving skills. Stay updated on emerging UX trends, tools, and best practices. Strong experience in UX research, strategy, design systems, and accessibility. Proficiency in wireframing / prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Axure). Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Strong analytical, conceptual, and multitasking abilities. Proven leadership in managing and mentoring design teams.

Salary : 30 LPA TO 40 LPA
