Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on technical Excel VBA Developer with strong expertise in developing and modifying complex macro tools . The candidate must have solid programming skills, an architectural mindset for designing scalable solutions, and prior experience working in MNC environments .

Key Responsibilities

Develop, enhance, and troubleshoot Excel VBA macro tools .
Optimize existing code for performance, scalability, and maintainability .
Work closely with stakeholders to gather technical requirements and deliver solutions.
Build robust, well-structured macro frameworks with proper error handling and documentation .
Integrate Excel tools with external data sources (e.g., SQL, Access, APIs ) when needed.
Ensure compliance with IT / security standards in all solutions.

Requirements

5+ years’ hands-on experience in Excel VBA programming and macro tool development.

Proven experience creating large, complex Excel tools with automation, reporting, and workflow logic.

Strong understanding of Excel functions, formulas, PivotTables, Power Query .

Ability to design clean, modular, and reusable VBA code.

Exposure to SQL / database integration preferred.

Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work independently.

Good communication skills to interact with stakeholders and business teams .
