Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Integration Cloud Principal Consultant to join our team. This role is ideal for a technically skilled leader who can serve as a trusted advisor to clients, leading the design and implementation of sophisticated Oracle Cloud and On-Premise (EBS) solutions. The candidate will play a vital role in enterprise digital transformation programs, delivering innovative cloud architecture and integration solutions while mentoring and guiding project teams.

Responsibilities :

Lead solution design and execution for Oracle Cloud applications including ERP, HCM, SCM, CX, and custom Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) extensions.
Act as the principal solution architect on large-scale cloud adoption and digital transformation initiatives.
Collaborate with high-level CXO stakeholders to advise on cloud strategy, optimization, security, and governance.
Drive integration strategy leveraging Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), SOA Suite, REST and SOAP APIs, and VBCS.
Oversee complex data migration projects and extensions within Oracle Cloud environments.
Ensure adherence to Oracle's implementation best practices, compliance, and security standards.
Mentor and lead senior and staff consultants, fostering technical excellence and teamwork.
Contribute to business development activities including pre-sales support, responding to RFPs, and delivering solution demos.

Required Skills :

Extensive experience (10 years) in Oracle technologies with strong expertise in Oracle Cloud (at least 5 years specifically).

Deep hands-on knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS), cloud-native application development, and integration patterns.

Proven ability to lead large technical teams and manage complex projects successfully.

Solid understanding of data migration, cloud platform extensions, and API integrations.

Excellent interpersonal skills to manage and influence CXO-level clients effectively.

Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.

Familiarity with Oracle Cloud implementation methodologies and industry best practices.

Willingness to travel as required (typically up to 30%).
