Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Estimator / Billing Engineer responsible for pre- and post-contract cost management, billing, and estimation for the hotel development project.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed BOQs, rate analyses, and tender documents .
- Track contractor billing, variation claims, and final account settlements .
- Establish and monitor financial controls across multiple contractor packages.
- Support procurement decisions with cost-benefit analyses.
- Provide accurate reporting and documentation for project cost management.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management to meet project or organizational needs.
