Job description

Video Editing Specialist

HITLAB is seeking a skilled video editing specialist to create, edit and optimize digital video content for various platforms.

  • This role requires advanced video editing expertise, strong communication skills and proficiency with top video editing applications to deliver professional, engaging and brand-aligned content.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Edit raw footage into polished final videos suitable for digital distribution.
  • Apply motion graphics, lower thirds, transitions and branding elements consistently across content.
  • Create short-form video clips optimized for YouTube and other digital platforms.
  • Manage audio balancing, noise reduction, color correction and subtitles / captioning for accessibility.
  • Collaborate remotely with HITLAB's communications and design teams.
  • Organize and maintain video assets within shared cloud-based systems.

    • The ideal candidate will have proven experience in video editing for healthcare, technology or professional event content.

    Required Skills and Qualifications :

  • Strong language and communication skills for effective collaboration with global teams.
  • Excellent visual storytelling, attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with new editing styles and industry standards.
  • Experience with remote collaboration tools.
