Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and people-focused Lead – HR Operations to oversee HR operations, employee relations, and compliance for our Shillong location. This is a leadership role requiring strong problem-solving abilities, stakeholder management, and the capability to drive HR best practices across the organization.
The ideal candidate will lead HR operations end-to-end, ensure seamless employee lifecycle processes, foster a positive work environment, drive engagement initiatives, and uphold organizational culture.
