Job Summary : We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Solution Architect to design, lead, and implement robust and scalable marketing automation solutions. The ideal candidate will serve as a technical and strategic leader, bridging the gap between business requirements and technical execution within the SFMC platform. You will be responsible for architecting end-to-end customer journeys, data models, integrations, and automation strategies that drive customer engagement, loyalty, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Solution Design :

• Translate complex business requirements and marketing strategies into detailed, scalable, and secure SFMC technical solutions.
• Design comprehensive customer journeys using Journey Builder, ensuring optimal personalization, timing, and channel orchestration (email, mobile, advertising, web).
• Architect data models within Contact Builder and Data Extensions to support segmentation, personalization, and reporting needs.
• Develop integration strategies between SFMC and other systems (e.g., Salesforce Sales / Service Cloud, CRM, CDP, DWH, custom applications) using APIs (REST / SOAP), Marketing Cloud Connect, and other integration patterns.

Deep expertise across SFMC modules : Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, Audience Builder, Mobile Studio, Cloud Pages, Advertising Studio.
