Roles and Responsibilities
- Source top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
- Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
- Coordinate interviews between hiring managers and potential candidates to assess their fit for the role.
- Negotiate salary packages with selected candidates to secure the best possible offer.
Desired Candidate Profile
2-5 years of experience in IT staffing or recruitment industry.Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interview coordination, and negotiation.Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates alike.Proficiency in using various tools like Recruiter, Naukri.com etc. for sourcing purposesIMMEDIATE JOINER WILL BE PREFERRED
