About the Role :

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Associate Software Engineer (Full Stack) to join our development team. In this role, you will work closely with senior engineers to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications. You’ll gain hands-on experience across both front-end and back-end technologies, and contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using modern frameworks.

Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code for both client-side and server-side components.

Collaborate with UI / UX designers, product managers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality features.

Participate in code reviews and learn from feedback to improve your coding practices.

Test and debug applications to ensure optimal performance and user experience.

Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).

0–2 years of experience in software development (internships or personal projects count!).

Knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.

Basic experience with server-side languages such as Node.js, Python, Java, or Ruby.

Familiarity with databases (SQL and / or NoSQL).

Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.

Version control experience (e.g., Git).

Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.

Nice to Have :

Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Exposure to CI / CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker.

Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha, JUnit).
