Job description

Key Responsibilities :

Implementation & Configuration

  • Lead and participate in the full o9 implementation lifecycle :

requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support.

  • Configure o9 modules such as :
  • Demand Planning
  • Supply Planning
  • Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
  • Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
  • Control Tower
  • Customize the o9 platform using IBPL (o9’s scripting language).
  • Design and configure data models and workflows to support planning processes and what-if analysis. Functional Support
  • Troubleshoot and resolve post-implementation issues.
  • Perform manual and automated data uploads.
  • Validate end-to-end workflows and ensure data accuracy.
  • Create and present Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to stakeholders.

    • Required Qualifications :

  • 3–7+ years of experience in supply chain planning or analytics.
  • Proven experience with o9 platform configuration and implementation.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes (demand / supply planning, S&OP, inventory optimization).
  • Hands-on experience with IBPL scripting and data modelling.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

    • Notice Period : Immediate - 60 days

    Preferred Skills :

    o9 Platform certification (e.g., Technical Configuration Level II,DP-SP Reference Model).

  • Experience in industries like retail, manufacturing, or consumer goods.
