Requirements : -

• Build and enhance Chabot capabilities using Copilot Studio.
• Develop conversation flows and integrate with APIs.
• Test and refine bot responses for accuracy and relevance.
• Collaborate with analysts and architects for feature alignment. Lead the design and development of Copilot Studio Chabot. Define Chabot architecture and conversation flows.
• Oversee bot development and integration with backend systems.
• Ensure user-centric design and multilingual support.
• Monitor bot performance and continuously improve.
• Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio.
• Familiarity with bot frameworks and AI services.
• Strong problem-solving and scripting skills.
• Expertise in Copilot Studio and conversational AI.
• Experience in UX design and NLP tuning.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
