Servicenow Architect

The purpose of this role is to provide technical expertise, content validation, and human scoring support for performance-based assessments (PBAs) across programs, ensuring content accuracy and alignment with evolving product capabilities. The SME will validate technical accuracy of content across multiple programs, support the creation, review, and scoring of PBA items and assets, and provide expert insights on product changes that impact program content. This role will collaborate with instructional designers and content developers to ensure alignment between program objectives and technical requirements, maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant products and features, and assist in training AI grading models through expert scoring and feedback.

• This position requires deep technical knowledge of products, strong analytical skills, and the ability to validate and ensure the accuracy of highly technical content. SMEs must be effective communicators, capable of partnering with instructional staff to translate technical details into learning content, and comfortable providing expert judgment in both content review and scoring contexts. Adaptability, attention to detail, and a strong orientation toward accuracy and relevance are essential.
