The Role
We’re looking for a Regional Retail Head to lead Isomeds’ growth and operations in your region.
You’ll own the P&L, expansion, and performance of all retail outlets — driving consistent execution, local trust, and profitability across stores.
If you’ve scaled branches, QSRs, or retail networks in emerging cities and love running high-accountability teams — this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
Lead the regional retail network – from new store launches to steady-state profitability.
Drive sales growth, cost control, and operational excellence
Build & mentor a high-performing team of Area and Store Managers.
Identify and onboard new FOFO partners and retail locations .
Run local activation campaigns (health camps, clinic tie-ups, community marketing).
Ensure standardized customer experience across every Isomeds outlet.
What We’re Looking For
8–15 years in retail operations / area management / business development
Experience with multi-unit retail or healthcare / FMCG / BFSI / QSR formats
Proven ability to run P&Ls, manage teams, and build local partnerships
Process-driven, entrepreneurial, and execution-focused
Comfort working in Tier 2–3 markets and scaling from the ground up
