One of our early-stage AI portfolio companies building in the healthcare space is looking for an experienced Engineering Manager as one of their first tech hires.
Responsibilities
- Drive architectural decisions, establish engineering standards, and mentor the existing team while scaling to 10+ engineers
- Build reliable agent orchestration using Temporal workflows and modern agentic frameworks.
- Lead hiring for critical technical roles, establish engineering culture, and build processes that scale
- Take end-to-end responsibility for system reliability, performance, and compliance in revenue-critical environments
- Navigate HIPAA compliance, healthcare regulations, and audit requirements at the architectural level
