(Immediate Start) Assistant Manager

We are hiring for leading NBFC client based in Mysore.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Meet branch targets in sales & purchase of Forex, travel cards, and outward remittances (both AD II & referral).
• Acquire new clients as per defined targets.
• Activate and manage franchisee branches (Muthoot Finance franchisee branches or as applicable).
• Draw back business from dormant clients, consistent with target metrics.
• Handle queries and complaints from both external and internal stakeholders and ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure all regulatory and compliance norms are followed precisely by the branch.
• Ensure documentation, reporting, and other compliance‑related tasks are completed within specified timelines as per regulator or external stakeholder directions.
