This role is Office Based, Pune Office

We are looking for a passionate Associate Software Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Ruby on Rails to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate should have a solid foundation in backend development, exposure to frontend technologies, strong database skills, and a problem-solving mindset for debugging production issues. Familiarity with and Generative AI (GenAI) tools is a strong plus.

In this role, you will…

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Build and optimize RESTful APIs and services.
• Collaborate with the frontend team and integrate backend services with applications.
• Write and optimize complex SQL / database queries.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in production environments.
• Work with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps) to deliver high-quality features.
• Leverage GenAI tools to improve productivity (, code generation, documentation, test automation, debugging support).
