Job descriptionMBA / CFA / CA 3-6 years of experience in the Investment banking space Experience of working Investment banking projects, including : Detailed financial analysis with knowledge / experience of working on financial statements Target identification, Trading and Transaction comps Benchmarking, Ratio analysis Pitch book / IM support and company profiles Macro-economic and industry overviews with experience working across various industries Bespoke qualitative research Should be able to work independently, with minimal guidance and support Prior experience in handling clients directly through calls / mails Excellent written and spoken communication skills Should be well versed with MS Office suite specially Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point
Hiring for Investment Banking team for Metal & Mining sector
Responsibilities
- Preparing financial analysis including trading / transaction comparable, operational / financial benchmarking, valuation analysis, etc.
- Preparing pitch books, industry research, deals & peers screening, company profiles and company focused discussion documents related to various industries.
- Meeting project timelines and quality of deliverables in a manner to ensure “high client satisfaction”
- Conducting quality control check of the outgoing reports / packs
- Engaging client independently on calls and e-mails
- Other responsibilities include :
- Scoping the new projects, structuring deliverables / new research products
- Producing high quality informative and visually appealing presentations and deck
