About AdVran

AdVran is a cybersecurity driven software company delivering custom digital solutions, MSP services, and secure, high-performance web applications. We’ve shipped 35+ projects , launched 55+ software deployments , managed 15+ vulnerabilities , and maintained 95% client satisfaction . Our team combines cybersecurity engineers, IT specialists, and full-stack developers to build modern, reliable, and secure products for clients across industries.

The Role

We’re looking for a Full-Stack Web Developer who lives and breathes JavaScript / TypeScript and builds beautiful, fast, and secure apps with React + Vite + Next.js . You’ll own features end-to-end from pixel-perfect, animated UI to performant APIs while collaborating closely with designers, cybersecurity engineers, and stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

  • Build modern, accessible UIs with React , TypeScript , Tailwind CSS , and Vite ; optimize for Core Web Vitals (bundle size, code splitting, lazy loading).
  • Use Next.js for SSR / SSG / ISR , routing, data-fetching, and SEO; choose SSR vs CSR intentionally for performance and UX.
  • Implement clean state management with React state , hooks (useEffect, useMemo, useCallback), and clear parent→child prop contracts.
  • Create animated, polished interfaces (with Framer Motion or similar) that feel fast and delightful.
  • Develop secure, well-tested APIs with Node.js (Express / Nest) or FastAPI (Python) ; integrate third-party services and internal systems.
  • Design relational schemas and write efficient queries for PostgreSQL ; manage migrations and indexes; ensure data integrity.
  • Apply secure-by-default practices (OWASP, RBAC / ABAC, input validation, secrets management, SSO / MFA readiness) across the stack.
  • Ship features via CI / CD, code reviews, and observability (logs, metrics, error tracking); own quality with automated tests.
  • Partner with cybersecurity & MSP teams to build features that are hardened, monitored, and auditable.

Must-Have Skills

  • Expert JavaScript & TypeScript (you can explain types, generics, and async flows clearly).
  • React (advanced hooks, component composition, controlled / uncontrolled inputs, error boundaries).
  • Next.js (app / router, SSR vs CSR trade-offs, caching strategies, image optimization).
  • Vite (fast dev / build, env handling, code-splitting).
  • Tailwind CSS (responsive layouts, utility patterns, theming, dark mode).
  • Strong understanding of React state , useEffect lifecycles , and parent / child prop relationships.
  • Back-end experience with Node.js (Express or Nest) or FastAPI (Python) , including RESTful API design.
  • PostgreSQL (schema design, migrations, performance basics).
  • Performance & UX mindset (Core Web Vitals, perceived performance).
  • Git and collaborative workflows (pull requests, reviews, trunk-based or Git-flow).
  • Nice-to-Haves

  • React Native for mobile (shared component patterns, native navigation).
  • ORMs and tooling : Prisma , TypeORM , SQLAlchemy , Alembic .
  • Testing : Jest , React Testing Library , Vitest , PyTest .
  • Security & identity : SSO / OIDC , JWT , MFA , RBAC , CSP .
  • Cloud & DevOps : Docker , GitHub Actions , AWS / Azure , S3 / CloudFront / CDN , Vercel .
  • Observability : Sentry , OpenTelemetry , Prometheus / Grafana .
  • Design collaboration : Figma handoffs, component libraries, design tokens.
  • What Success Looks Like

  • You ship features that are fast , beautiful , and secure and you can explain why you chose SSR, CSR, SSG, or ISR.
  • Your components are reusable, typed, and easy to maintain; props are clean and documented.
  • Your APIs are predictable, well-tested, and resilient; DB queries are efficient and observable.
  • You reduce bundle size, improve TTFB / LCP / INP, and eliminate jank with thoughtful animations.
  • You collaborate well with security, product, and design clear communication, crisp trade-offs.
  • Why AdVran

  • Build mission-critical products at the intersection of software and cybersecurity .
  • Small, talented team with high ownership and real customer impact.
  • Modern stack, opportunity to influence architecture and standards.
  • Growth path across full-stack, security, and platform engineering.
  • Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive salary and benefits commensurate with experience.
  • Flexible work (Remote).
  • Professional development budget and certification support (security & cloud).
  • How to Apply

Send your resume , GitHub / portfolio , and a short note about a project you’re proud of to contact@advran.com .
