Sr. Accounting Analyst - International Accounting

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Accounting Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably within the IT or ITES industry. This role requires proficiency in MS D365 or other ERP systems, as well as a solid understanding of US GAAP. The Senior Accountant will play a critical role in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities, while ensuring the accuracy of the general ledger and supporting audits.

What You'll Do

• Month-end, Quarter-end, and Year-end Closing : Lead and manage closing processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• General Ledger Accounting and Reconciliation : Manage and reconcile the general ledger, ensuring the integrity of financial data.
• Bank Reconciliation : Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure cash balances are accurately reported.
• MS D365 or ERP System Management : Utilize MS D365 or other ERP systems to manage accounting functions, including posting entries, generating reports, and analyzing data.
• Financial Data Review and Analysis : Review, analyze, and interpret financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Knowledge of US GAAP : Ensure that all accounting processes adhere to US GAAP regulations.
• International Financial Knowledge : Manage accounting activities for different international regions, staying up-to-date with global financial regulations and tax laws.
• Tax and compliance Management : Tracking, preparing and filing various tax and other compliance reports within due date.
• Audit Support : Provide necessary documentation and support during internal and external audits.
• Process Improvement : Continuously identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency in financial reporting and reconciliation tasks.
