Purpose of the Job
To increase the width and depth of distribution in the Emerging markets, which would translate into acquisitions and revenues and increase channel satisfaction levels.
To develop excellence in distribution in Emerging Markets through effective planning and gaining market share from the competition. Ensuring the product availability within the consumer reach.
Prove to be an active support to the Sales team in driving the Implementation of Distribution Plans of the Circle.
Key Deliverables
- This role supports the teams in ensuring gross additions based on the efficient rural expansion against the challenging rural conditions.
- This role will need to evangelize new town roll outs to drive business growth. The challenge would be to constantly identify and create new market opportunities for the sales & marketing teams to create demand of
- This role will have to drive distributor & retailer investment for market expansion / maintaining stock levels against the cost challenge involved
- The role will require constantly identifying tools driving efficiencies & productivity of the sales teams
- This role will also be challenged with innovative ways to go to market approaches. This becomes important to ensure constant market expansion & capture against rising competition Work closely with the network team to understand and improve mobile network in the markets.
