Marketing Strategist

Job descriptionCreate and manage targeted campaigns to drive inbound leads and enquiries from parents, schools, hospitals, and corporates. Optimize conversion funnels and marketing automation to improve enquiry-to-client ratios. Build and manage partnerships with clinics, schools, hospitals, corporates for referral growth. Lead performance marketing, SEO / SEM, and social media marketing across platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn). Monitor analytics, measure campaign performance, and track cost per lead (CPL) and ROI metrics. Drive organic growth through strong content and community engagement. Plan and execute workshops, events, and hospital / school partnerships to build community presence. Collaborate with the clinical and operations teams to design parent and caregiver outreach programs. Develop on-ground campaigns to strengthen brand visibility in the healthcare ecosystem. Strengthen eMbrace’s brand identity across digital and offline touchpoints. Develop engaging, empathetic, and informative content aligned with our mission. Build and maintain a library of success stories, testimonials, and campaign case studies. MBA in Marketing (mandatory) from a reputed institution. 3–6 years of experience in marketing — preferably in services, healthcare, or education sectors . Proven track record in lead generation, marketing ROI , and business growth through integrated campaigns. Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, CRM). Excellent communication and storytelling skills; Experience in offline marketing , events, or hospital partnerships is a strong plus. Creative mindset with proficiency in Canva / Adobe Suite or similar design tools. Delhi / NCR (Full-time, in-office role at eMbrace center). Role Summary
We are looking for a talented, hungry, go getter Marketing Manager (MBA in Marketing) who can lead and execute both strategic and hands-on marketing initiatives to drive business growth and brand awareness .
This role is ideal for a result-oriented marketer with experience in services or healthcare marketing , capable of designing integrated campaigns (offline and digital) that convert awareness into enquiries and revenue.
You’ll be responsible for driving lead generation, ROI on marketing spends , and strengthening eMbrace’s brand visibility in the community and across offline & digital channels.

- Develop and execute the annual marketing plan aligned with eMbrace’s growth and revenue objectives.
- Design and implement integrated campaigns that balance digital, on-ground, and referral-based marketing .
- Drive marketing ROI through data-driven decisions and monthly performance reviews.
