Associate Manager – Social Media & Strategy

About the Role : We’re looking for a strategic and creative social media professional to lead the brand’s digital presence. The role focuses on strategy, planning, and performance insights — crafting platform-specific campaigns that drive engagement, storytelling, and audience growth. Key Responsibilities : Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand and business goals. Plan and calendarize monthly / quarterly content with creative and marketing teams. Analyze platform insights, audience trends, and performance data to optimize strategy. Lead ideation for campaigns, brand moments, and collaborations. Ensure consistent tone, messaging, and visual identity across all platforms. Collaborate with performance marketing, PR, and design teams for integrated execution. Monitor KPIs, generate insights, and recommend data-backed improvements. Stay ahead of digital trends, new formats, and platform innovations. Requirements : 3–5+ years of experience in social media strategy or digital marketing. Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms. Analytical, data-driven, and skilled in campaign planning. Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills. Proficiency in Hindi is a must — strong command over both written and spoken Hindi. This role would for hoichoi's new micro drama platform - Sooper | Short Dramas & Audio Series Preferred : Experience in the media, entertainment, or OTT industry. Exposure to influencer strategy and content marketing.
