[Immediate Start] Listing Operations Associate

Role Overview

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and fast-moving Listing Operations Associate who will be responsible for uploading and managing product listings across our B2B and B2C platforms. You’ll play a key role in ensuring every listing from pallets to truckloads is accurate, complete, and visually appealing.

Responsibilities

• Upload new product and load listings to CommerceCentral.io and DealsForYou.com
• Enter and verify product details including title, description, MSRP, category, and condition
• Upload manifests, pricing data, and images (using provided templates or AI tools)
• Coordinate with the sourcing and sales teams to prioritize which listings go live
• Maintain consistency in formatting, keywords, and brand presentation across listings
• Monitor and update existing listings (mark sold, adjust prices, replace images, etc.)
• Report any listing errors, duplicates, or missing information to the team
• Track listing performance metrics and suggest optimizations
