We are a VC-backed, rapidly growing AI startup on a mission to develop a GenAI evaluation and observability platform, making AI applications more secure and reliable. Were scaling quickly and looking for a Senior DevOps Engineerwhos passionate about infrastructure, automation, reliability, and deploying products at scale.

Role Overview :

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for deploying, managing, and maintaining the entire infrastructure. You will work closely with the engineering team to ensure the quality and reliability of product delivery.

Responsibilities :

Take ownership of the deployment and management of infrastructure.
Manage and optimize CI / CD processes for the business unit.
Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of infrastructure.
Build, mentor, and guide a team of junior DevOps engineers.
Maintain high code quality standards within the DevOps team.

Requirements :

46 years of proven experience as a DevOps Engineer.

Deep understanding of Kubernetes and container orchestration.

Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Expertise in automating and managing cloud infrastructure using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.

Solid knowledge of CI / CD best practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).

Experience configuring and maintaining monitoring and observability tools such as ELK, Prometheus, and Grafana.

Strong understanding of infrastructure security and compliance best practices.

Ability to quickly adapt to and implement new tools and services to enhance efficiency.

Experience handling deployments in customer environments.

Nice to Have :

Experience managing Elasticsearch clusters, Redis, Kafka, and databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) within a Kubernetes production environment.

Familiarity with event-driven and modern tools like Knative, KEDA, and Kubeflow.
