Location : Hyderabad or Chennai (Flexible Hybrid)
Mode : Full-time
Timings : 2 pm to 11 pm IST.
Experience : 12+ years (8 years in Salesforce, 5 years in Development, 3 years in implementations and migrations)
- Expertise in Data Modeling, Apex Design Patterns, LWC, and other modern UI techniques.
- Must have expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, Einstein AI, Data Cloud & Experience Cloud.
Salesforce certifications preferred :
Platform Developer I, System Architect, and Application Architect are preferred.
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-level Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Service Cloud , Omnichannel , and advanced integrations, along with proven experience in Live Chat migration and Agentforce implementations . You will collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and development teams to create scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end Salesforce architecture and solution design , with a strong focus on Service Cloud .Architect and implement Email-to-Case solutions ensuring efficient case management workflows.Design and configure Omnichannel routing to enhance customer experience and agent productivity.Drive Agentforce implementation and optimization for seamless customer-agent interactions.Lead Live Chat migration projects, ensuring minimal disruption and enhanced functionality.Provide technical leadership to development teams, ensuring best practices in coding, configuration, and integrations.Partner with business and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.Oversee system integrations, security configurations, and data migration strategies.Ensure Salesforce platform scalability, performance, and compliance with enterprise standards.Mentor junior Salesforce developers and guide them in adopting best practices.Mandatory Skills & Expertise
Salesforce Service Cloud (advanced expertise).Email-to-Case setup, customization, and optimization.Omnichannel configuration and routing strategies.Agentforce design and implementation.Live Chat migration projects and best practices.Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture (data model, security, integration, APIs).Experience with Salesforce Lightning , Flows, Apex, and configuration tools.Preferred Skills
Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) , Application Architect , or System Architect .Hands-on experience with integration tools (MuleSoft, REST / SOAP APIs, etc.).Knowledge of Salesforce Einstein, AI-driven case routing, and analytics .Prior experience in large-scale enterprise Salesforce implementations .Skills Required
