Job Summary :
We are seeking highly motivated and result-oriented Senior Admission Counselors with strong experience in end-to-end sales in the EdTech domain. The role involves guiding students in making informed decisions regarding higher education, while achieving business targets through effective counseling and sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle end-to-end admissions counseling process – from lead generation, student counseling, course pitching, to final enrollment.
- Convert potential leads into admissions by explaining program details, career benefits, and ROI.
- Counsel students and parents via calls, emails, and in-person meetings to drive admissions.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets consistently.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, conversions, and student details in CRM.
- Stay updated with the latest courses, education trends, and competitor offerings.
- Collaborate with the sales and academic team to improve conversion strategies.
- Deliver excellent customer experience while ensuring high student satisfaction.
Requirements :
Graduate / Postgraduate in any field (MBA preferred).1–6 years of end-to-end sales experience in the EdTech industry is mandatory.Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.Ability to counsel students and parents effectively with a solutions-driven approach.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.Comfortable working in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.Show more
