Business Operations Manager | Cross-Functional Role

Looking for a versatile operator to work directly with the founder on scaling the business across multiple functions.

About the role :

This is a truly generalist position spanning sales operations, marketing execution, go-to-market strategy, product coordination, team management, HR processes, operational workflows, compliance tracking, and stakeholder coordination.

You'll be the connective tissue across everything - identifying bottlenecks, implementing solutions, and ensuring execution across the board.

What you'll own :

Sales pipeline management and customer operations

Marketing campaigns and GTM execution

Product roadmap coordination and feedback loops

Team hiring, onboarding, and culture building

HR policies, payroll, and compliance management

Vendor management and operational efficiency

Cross-functional project management

2-5 years of experience across multiple functions preferred
