Job description2-6 years of hands- on industry experience in a product- focused startup or similar fast- paced environment. Proficiency in one of these languages in the order given : Elixir, Python, TypeScript, JavaScript with evidence of independent feature delivery. Demonstrated record of shipping at least one significant feature or internal project end- to- end (link to repo / demo / PR history appreciated). Active daily user of AI coding assistants for 6- months; can articulate concrete productivity gains. Willingness to relocate to Pune and work primarily in- office. Deep experience with Elixir, Phoenix and Liveview. Exposure to cloud- native deployments (Docker, Docker compose) and modern CI / CD. Familiarity with sustainability, climate- tech, or data- intensive SaaS domains.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship customer- facing features in Elixir, Python and TypeScript / JavaScript; own them from PR to production.
- Contribute to architecture discussions, then translate them into clean, tested code.
- Integrate AI coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini Cli & ChatGPT) into daily workflow; share best practices with the team.
- Write unit and integration tests and participate in code reviews.
- Work with product, design, and ESG subject- matter experts to iterate quickly on user feedback.
