HR Trainee / Intern

Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Trainee / Intern to join our team in India. This role is ideal for freshers or entry-level candidates looking to gain practical experience in human resources and contribute to various HR functions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings and screening resumes.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing documentation and conducting orientation sessions.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist in organizing training sessions and workshops for employee development.
• Participate in employee engagement initiatives and support HR projects as needed.
• Help with payroll processing and maintaining attendance records.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
