CTC : Approx - 60 L including variable pay

The role is responsible for overseeing the entire manufacturing process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of products. Here are the key responsibilities and requirements for this role :
Key Responsibilities :
1. Production Management :
o Oversee the planning, coordination, and control of manufacturing processes .
o Ensure that products are produced efficiently, on time, and within budget
2. Quality Control :
o Implement and maintain quality control standards to ensure products meet industry and customer specifications .
o Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and address quality issues .
3. Process Improvement :
o Continuously evaluate and improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs .
o Implement lean manufacturing principles and other best practices .
4. Team Leadership :
o Lead and manage the manufacturing team, including hiring, training, and performance management .
o Foster a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork .
5. Compliance and Safety :
o Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including safety protocols .
o Maintain a safe working environment and enforce safety procedures
6. Supply Chain Coordination :
o Work closely with the supply chain and logistics teams to ensure the timely delivery of materials and components
o Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to manage inventory levels and reduce lead times

Skills –
Experience : min 15 + years of experience in Manufacturing, with at least 5+ years with a company in EMS Industry
Education – BTech Mechanical / Electronics
