Role Overview

We're looking for a Product Designer who can translate complex AI security features into simple, intuitive, and beautiful experiences.

You’ll lead design across our mobile app, dashboards, and platform, collaborating and cross-functional teams to craft trusted user journeys for millions.

This is a core, high-impact role for someone who thrives on ownership, iteration, and mission-driven design.

Key Responsibilities

Lead UX / UI design across mobile, web and dashboards.

Simplify flows for all platforms

Translate AI features into usable interfaces

Build and evolve design systems, UI kits, and reusable components

Design for both B2C (users) and B2B (telcos, banks, regulators)

Rapidly prototype and test concepts using Figma / Framer / Rive / Miro / Adobe CC

Work closely with product, engineering, AI / ML, and marketing

Champion performance, accessibility, and trust in every pixel

Experience

6–10 years in UI / UX or product design (preferably in startups / SaaS)

Shipped both B2C products (consumer apps at scale) and B2B platforms (dashboards, enterprise tools, telco / banking systems)

Experience designing complex systems—dashboards, chat, calls, or fintech tools

Bonus : Background in AI, security, telecom, or fraud prevention

Technical Skills

Expert in Figma, FigJam, Framer, Adobe CC

Motion / interaction prototyping (ProtoPie, Principle, or similar)

Familiarity with Hotjar, or UX tools

Comfort with responsive, performance-first design across devices

Soft Skills

Strong eye for detail, micro-interactions, and system thinking

Empathy for emerging markets, multilingual UX, and fraud-sensitive users

Passion for design’s role in shaping secure digital futures

Excellent collaboration and communication in remote environments

Qualifications

Degree in Design, HCI, Visual Communication, or similar

Portfolio showcasing shipped products and detailed case studies

Bonus : Certifications in AI UX, behavioural design, or data visualization

Bonus If You Have

Designed telecom, fraud, or secure communication tools

Contributed to open-source or public design systems

Worked with distributed teams across India, Africa, or GCC

Familiarity with privacy-by-design, explainable AI, and zero-trust models
