• Determine the operational practicality of proposed solutions.
• Develop and apply quality assurance procedures.
• Deploy tools, processes, and metrics to support software delivery.
• Maintain and upgrade existing systems to meet evolving business needs.
• Collaborate with developers, UX designers, analysts, and business stakeholders.
• Train users and support adoption of new features.
• Meet with project managers to understand CRM needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform.
• Design, code, and implement Salesforce applications.
• Create realistic timelines and development milestones.
• Test and ensure application stability and functionality.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices, coding standards, and platform limits.
• Perform peer code reviews, contribute to solution design discussions, and lead technical troubleshooting.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST / SOAP APIs, platform events, or middleware tools.
