Core Objective :
To own sustainable user and revenue growth across paid & organic channels, marketplace performance (Amazon, Nykaa), website conversion, retention & lifecycle programs. You’ll design experiments, run campaigns, and directly execute or coordinate across product, creative and ops to scale what works.
This is a high-impact role - you will be the driver between marketing ideas and measurable growth.
📍 This is a full-time, in-office role based in Pune. Candidates must be located in Pune.
Key Responsibilities :
Acquisition & Paid Channels
- Build, run and scale paid acquisition across Meta / Instagram / Facebook, Google.
- Own campaign strategy, audience segmentation, creative testing & optimization for ROAS / CAC.
- Manage marketplace advertising : Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, DSP) and Nykaa Ads (brand storefront promos, sponsored listings), including bid strategy, backend feed optimisation and ACoS / ROAS tracking.
- Build profitable funnels for influencer-driven traffic and UGC amplification.
Marketplace & Retail Growth
Manage product listings, A+ content, backend SEO, pricing experiments, and promotional blitzes on Amazon & Nykaa.Coordinate with marketplace account managers and troubleshoot listing / operational issues.Run detail-page experiments (content, images, bullets) to improve conversion and organic rank.Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO)
Own website PDP, checkout and landing page optimisation - run A / B tests, heatmaps and user behaviour analysis to lift conversion.Improve site speed, mobile-first UX and reduce cart abandonment.Retention & Lifecycle
Build and optimise onboarding, replenishment, win-back and VIP flows via Email, SMS and WhatsApp (Interakt / post-purchase flows).Increase repurchase rate and customer LTV via subscription pilots, bundles and personalized messaging.Experimentation & Analytics
Design, prioritise and run growth experiments (hypothesis → test → learn → scale).Maintain growth ledger : experiments, results, learnings and next steps.Own dashboards and weekly reporting for CAC, LTV, ROAS, conversion funnels, cohort analysis and channel-level performance.Partnerships & Ops
Identify and close strategic partnerships / retail pilots.Coordinate promo execution with ops, inventory and creative teams to ensure no stockout during campaigns.Support influencer & affiliate strategy with guidelines for paid reuse and tracking.Team & Process
Work cross-functionally with Creative, Performance, Ops, Founder and external agencies.Build repeatable playbooks for campaign setup, creative briefs, marketplace launches and postmortems.Mentor / junior hires (and manage external agency deliverables).Work Experience :
Excellent communication, ownership mindset and bias for action.3–6 years experience in growth / marketing for D2C, e-commerce or marketplaces.Hands-on with paid media : Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads.Practical experience with Amazon Ads and Nykaa / marketplace advertising management.Strong analytics skills : GA4;comfortable with spreadsheets and cohort analysis.
Experience with email & lifecycle platformsCRO experienceStrong project management - can run cross-functional launches end-to-end.
