Job descriptionExcellent knowledge of frontend development using React.Js, Redux / Context API, and modern UI frameworks. Strong understanding of backend development with Node.Js, Express.Js, and MongoDB. Experience in RESTful APIs , authentication (JWT / OAuth), and database design. Proficiency with Git , Postman , and cloud platforms like AWS or DigitalOcean . Understanding of Agile methodologies , CI / CD pipelines, and deployment best practices. Bonus : Experience with TypeScript , GraphQL , or Docker is an advantage. Excellent verbal and written communication skills . Strong client handling and problem-solving ability. Proven experience in team management and mentoring junior developers. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of owning complete projects . About the Role
We are looking for an experienced MERN Stack Developer who can independently manage projects from the frontend to the backend . The ideal candidate will have excellent client communication , team management , and technical expertise across all layers of modern web development.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project execution , including design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Handle both frontend (React.Js) and backend (Node.Js, Express.Js, MongoDB) development with equal proficiency.
- Communicate directly with international clients for requirement gathering, updates, and technical discussions.
- Provide technical leadership to team members, conduct code reviews, and ensure development best practices.
- Collaborate with designers, QA teams, and project managers to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and performance .
- Integrate third-party APIs, manage server configurations, and ensure data security.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and contribute innovative solutions to business challenges.
