HR Operations and Culture Manager Role
Indrajaal is a game-changing shield in a world where drone attacks on critical infrastructure, embassies, and defense assets are escalating. We create an autonomous dome of protection around critical defense spaces, ensuring VIP zones, military assets, and borders remain beyond hostile drones and intrusions.
We seek an HR leader to scale our operations and culture engine. This role blends operational leadership, employee experience design, and culture stewardship across Indrajaal. The ideal candidate will report directly to the General Manager – HR and support employees, Talent Partners, and vendors for consistent HR delivery.
Champion a values-driven culture rooted in autonomy, agility, and integrity. Lead employee engagement, retention, and L&D initiatives driving morale and career growth. Act as a trusted advisor and first point of contact for employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance handling.
